Refunds and Returns Policy

At RAMCO GOLO, we are committed to customer satisfaction while following all applicable laws and fair business practices.

Please carefully review our Refunds and Cancel Policy before making a purchase.

General Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise specified below.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds except as required by law or under specific conditions outlined in this policy.

Important:​​

Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of pickup.

By accepting the item, the customer acknowledges that it was received in satisfactory condition.

Refunds for damage claimed after pickup will not be accepted.

ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

ALL ITEMS SOLD IN PERSON AND ONLINE ARE FINAL SALE.

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items

ALL ITEMS SOLD ONLINE AND IN STORE and shown in the list below are final sale and are non-refundable under all and any circumstances:

 

  • Gasoline (fuel sales)

  • Grocery items (food, beverages, household goods)

  • Convenience store items (snacks, drinks, over-the-counter medicines, supplies)

  • Cellphone accessories (chargers, cases, headphones, etc.)

  • Apparel items (hats, clothing, branded merchandise)

  • Money services (MoneyGrams, money orders, wire transfers) - Only Sold In Person as required and abiding by law, Not Available Online.

  • Lottery tickets- Only Sold In Person as required and abiding by law, Not Available Online.

  • Tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, etc.) -Only Sold In Person as required and abiding by law, Not Available Online.

These sales are final and are not eligible for refund or exchange, in compliance with Indiana state law and U.S. federal regulations.

 

Food Orders (Online and In-Store, Delivery)

  • Before preparation: If you cancel before your food order is prepared, you may cancel at no charge. Food is Prepared within 5 minutes of receiving the order

  • After and During preparation: Once a food order is received and starting to prepare or is prepared, all sales are final. No Refund or Cancels can be made.

  • Non-pickup: If you fail to pick up your prepared order, no refund will be issued.

  • All Delivery Orders Only have a 6.99 Delivery Fee that is not refundable regardless of cancellation.  

To cancel a food order before it is prepared:

 

  • 📞 Call us immediately at (219) 872-8909 within 5 minutes of placing order that was placed for Pick Up to cancel pick up orders.

  • Note any orders placed for Delivery that are canceled must call within 5 minutes  ALL DELIVERY Orders will be charged a 6.99 fee for cancellation regardless if called within 5 minutes. 

 

Timely cancellation is your responsibility please call within 5 minutes of placing orders that were placed for PICK UP if you would like to cancel and receive a refund All orders placed for DELIVERY that you would like cancel call within 5 minutes of placing order and NOTE you will be charged a 6.99 cancellation fee regardless.

Compliance with Indiana and Federal Law

We comply fully with all applicable refund and consumer protection laws under:

 

  • Indiana Code Title 24 – Trade Regulation, and

  • U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
