Pricing & Availability

All prices, promotions, discounts, fuel prices, and product availability are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, at Ramco Golo's sole discretion. The only legally binding price is the price displayed in-store at the time of actual purchase. Prices reflected on third-party platforms — including but not limited to Google Maps, Google Business, delivery apps, aggregator websites, or any other external digital service — are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, guarantee, or warranty of pricing accuracy. Ramco Golo expressly disclaims responsibility for pricing errors, omissions, or outdated data displayed by any third-party platform or service not directly operated by Ramco Golo. Any perceived price advantage communicated through advertising does not guarantee a specific price advantage at point of sale, and no such advertisement shall be construed as a binding commitment to supply at that price (Ind. Code § 24-5-0.5-3(b)(6)).

AI-Generated & Enhanced Content

All images, photographs, videos, graphics, animations, renderings, and other visual or promotional materials associated with Ramco Golo's products, menu items, and merchandise may be created, enhanced, stylized, or generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, computer-generated imagery (CGI), digital enhancement, or professional photography techniques, for advertising and informational purposes only. Such content is intended to represent the general nature of available products and does not constitute an exact or guaranteed depiction of any actual product, item, or service. Actual products, portions, presentation, appearance, ingredients, colors, sizes, sounds, and packaging may vary materially from any image, video, or promotional material. This disclosure is made in compliance with FTC material disclosure guidelines and applicable state transparency requirements. Ramco Golo makes no representation that AI-generated content accurately reflects the exact characteristics, benefits, or appearance of any individual product (Ind. Code § 24-5-0.5-3(b)(1), (b)(2)).

No Guarantee of Availability or Promotional Duration

Ramco Golo makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, that any advertised item, promotional price, or special offer will be available at the time of your in-store visit. All items are offered for sale as available and as presented in-store at the actual time of purchase. Promotional periods, limited-time offers, and sale pricing may end at any time without advance notice. Advertisement of a product does not constitute a guarantee that it will be supplied to the public in any specific quantity (Ind. Code § 24-5-0.5-3(b)(4), (b)(11)). Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm product availability, current pricing, and promotional terms directly with in-store staff prior to making any purchasing decision.

Bona Fide Error Defense & Good Faith Representations

In the event that any advertisement, digital post, or promotional material contains a pricing error, inaccuracy, or misstatement, Ramco Golo expressly reserves the right to correct such error without liability. Any such error shall be deemed a bona fide error made in good faith and not a deceptive act under Ind. Code § 24-5-0.5-3(d), as Ramco Golo maintains internal procedures to prevent pricing and advertising inaccuracies. Ramco Golo further relies in good faith on representations made by manufacturers, distributors, and vendors regarding product quality, grade, and characteristics, as authorized under Ind. Code § 24-5-0.5-3(e). If a supplier's representation is discovered to be false, Ramco Golo will disclose the source of such representation upon request.

In-Store Terms Control; No Warranty of Advertising Accuracy

All purchases are governed exclusively by in-store terms, applicable local ordinances, and Indiana state law at the time of transaction. No advertisement, social media post, digital campaign, or AI-generated promotional content shall be construed as a warranty of product quality, grade, fitness for a particular purpose, or an implied contract to sell at any advertised price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramco Golo DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, express or implied, arising from advertisements or promotional content, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Third-Party Platforms & Delivery Services

Ramco Golo does not own, operate, control, or have any affiliation with any third-party delivery platforms, applications, or services (including but not limited to DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub, Instacart, or any other delivery or logistics provider). Ramco Golo expressly disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any product listings, pricing, hours, availability, or promotional information displayed on any such third-party platform.

All responsibility for product condition, temperature, packaging integrity, and order accuracy transfers entirely to the third-party delivery provider at the moment of pickup from Ramco Golo's premises. The third-party driver or agent assumes full duty of inspection and acceptance of the order at the time of pickup. By selecting a delivery option through any third-party platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Ramco Golo's legal obligation and liability for that order terminates at the point of handoff to the delivery provider.

Any change in product condition, temperature, appearance, packaging, completeness, or quality that occurs after the order has left Ramco Golo's possession — including during transit, storage, or delivery — is solely the responsibility of the third-party provider and not Ramco Golo. Ramco Golo bears zero liability for product degradation, missing items, incorrect orders, or any damage occurring after the point of pickup.

Customers who experience issues with delivery orders are directed to contact the third-party delivery platform directly for resolution, refunds, or disputes. Ramco Golo bears no liability for transactions, expectations, losses, or decisions made in reliance upon third-party platform data, delivery performance, or representations made by any third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

Ramco Golo's total liability for any claim arising from reliance on advertising, promotional, or AI-generated content is limited to the actual in-store purchase price paid for the specific item in dispute. Ramco Golo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from reliance on any advertisement, digital content, third-party platform listing, AI-generated media, or delivery service. Nothing in this disclaimer limits rights provided under mandatory Indiana consumer protection law where such limitations are not permitted by law.

Customer Acknowledgment & Inspection

All customers are encouraged to inspect products in person prior to purchase. By completing a purchase at Ramco Golo, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the product and accepts it in its present condition. For delivery orders, the duty of inspection passes to the third-party delivery agent at the moment of pickup, and the customer's remedy for any post-pickup issues lies solely with the third-party platform.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This disclaimer and all related consumer transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, including the Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act (Ind. Code § 24-5-0.5 et seq.) and applicable federal consumer protection regulations, including FTC guidelines on advertising and AI-generated content. Any dispute arising from a transaction with Ramco Golo shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indiana. In the event of a dispute, the customer must provide written notice to Ramco Golo within thirty (30) days of the transaction date before initiating any formal legal action, providing Ramco Golo the opportunity to resolve the matter in good faith.

Updates to This Disclaimer

Ramco Golo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this disclaimer at any time without prior notice.
